Covering for the crib to prevent baby from climbing out?
I’m looking for a covering that you put over your baby crib to keep them from climbing out of the crib. Does anyone know what it’s called and where I can find one?
I’m not trying to cage my baby! I don’t want her to be roaming around at night while everyone else is sleeping.
The general rule is that if they can climb out, its time for a bed.
But lets be honest people, really, a crib is a baby cage. Playpen? also a babycage. Putting a top on it doesn’t make it more of a cage, it already is one. The point of it is to keep the baby in, that is what cages are for. If it was made for dogs etc. it would be called a cage.
You don’t say how old the baby is? A two year old should be able to stay in bed if told to do so. Before 24 months they definitely need a crib though. And at 24 months it depends on the child. By 30 months though a child really should be able to sleep in a bed.
