At what age did you stop swaddling your baby?
My son just turned 4 months, and he still needs to be swaddled and have a bottle to fall asleep easily. If I don’t wrap him up, he tends to be a restless sleeper and will throw his arms and legs around every so often.
At what age did you stop swaddling your baby? How do they get use to falling asleep without being wrapped?
There is no age to stop swaddling your baby, you should stop once he is able to free himself from the swaddle and tries to free himself.
