4) Of course you also want to make sure that all the bedding can be easily washed. Machine washable is best, because the mess created by a baby can prove to be too hard to remove through hand wash or even spot treatment, and because speed is often of the essence!

5) Lastly, make sure that any bedding you buy for your baby is snug. Most baby bedding items these days are designed to fit perfectly with a variety of baby mattresses. But sometimes, the bedding can be a bit too big or a bit too small and so it is necessary to be very careful about which size you end up choosing.

It also makes sense to purchase extra bedding items for your baby who is going to create a lot of mess and so an extra crib sheet can prove to be very handy. In fact, having 3 to 4 crib sheets will come in very handy especially if the baby makes too much of a mess at night. That way you won’t be washing the bedding in a desperate panic every morning.
